I have been working out for 2 years and no improvement on my lower glutes i don't have a curve. I'm doing a lot of squats donkey kicks reverse and standard lunges hip thrusts but no improvement. Please help.
So, these two people in the photos are me, although they look completely different, but it doesn't really matter, what matters is that the tits and ass are the same as usual - that is, huge and juicy. Heh
